Professor Robert Barrett’s question on California Bar Exam

A question involving business law written by Robert Barrett, Professor of Law & Business, was used on the July 2010 California Bar Examination. This was the third time in recent years that a question proposed by Professor Barrett’s was selected for use on a California Bar Examination. During the past year Professor Barrett also made three Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Presentations on legal ethics, one each to the San Fernando, Antelope, and Santa Clarita Valley Bar Associations.
