Dr. Jack W. Meek, Professor of Public Administration, has co-authored a book with Christopher Koliba and Asim Zia of the University of Vermont. “Governance Networks in Public Administration and Public Policy,” published by CRC Press, offers a conceptual framework for describing governance networks and outlines the skills and functions of public administrators operating in the context of networked relationships.
